Each presenter will be given a time slot of 15 minutes in total, which is distributed as
12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of answering questions from the auditorium.
There will be a 5 minute break between each talk to allow changing of presenters at the
podium and to allow delegates to move around the concurrent sessions.

Publication Process for Authors
Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the conference template. Papers must be between 8 and 15 pages in length.
All submitted manuscripts will undergo the following publication process for ICEST 2026:
- Initial Editorial ScreeningAll submitted papers will be checked for compliance with the conference scope, formatting requirements, originality, and submission guidelines. Eligible manuscripts will then be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and Editors. The initial decision will normally be issued within one month of submission
- Double-Blind Peer ReviewPapers that successfully pass the initial screening will be evaluated by at least three independent reviewers under a double-blind peer-review process. Authors will be required to address all reviewers' comments before final acceptance. The review process is expected to be completed within two months.
- Acceptance for PresentationPapers that successfully satisfy the reviewers' comments and meet the conference quality standards will be accepted for presentation at ICEST 2026.
- Conference ProceedingsAll accepted and presented papers that fulfill the conference publication requirements will be published in the ICEST 2026 Conference Proceedings (non-Scopus-indexed).
- Journal PublicationSelected high-quality papers will be directly forwarded for publication in one of the following Scopus-indexed journals. The final publication date will be determined by the respective journal according to its publication schedule.

Instructions for Authors
Paper Submission
All papers must be submitted through (Microsoft CMT)
Authors are required to upload two versions of their manuscript:
- Review Version (PDF):A blinded PDF file prepared for the double-blind peer-review process. This version must not contain the authors' names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgments, funding information, or any other identifying information.
- Complete Version (Microsoft Word):An editable Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx) containing the complete manuscript, including the paper title, authors' names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgments (if applicable), funding information, and all other required author details. This version will be used only after the paper has been accepted.
Templates
Manuscripts submitted to ICEST 2026 must be original, written in clear and fluent English, and prepared according to the official ICEST 2026 conference template. The required manuscript format may be changed after acceptance, depending on the selected publication venue (Conference Proceedings or Journal).

ICEST 2026 follows a double-blind peer-review process. Therefore, the review version of the manuscript must be anonymous and comply with the double-blind review requirements. - Each author must have an account on (Microsoft CMT), which is a free Microsoft conference system.
- The review manuscript must be in a (.pdf) file format.
- The review manuscript must be formatted strictly according to templates.
- The review manuscript must not exceed the specified page limits.
- Authors’ information, including names, emails, and affiliations, must not be included in the review manuscript.
- The manuscript must be written in clear and fluent English.
- AI-generated content in the manuscript must not exceed 25%; otherwise, the manuscript will be rejected.
- Text similarity must not exceed 20%; otherwise, the manuscript will be rejected.
